Blood in Jeremy's car?
« on: February 08, 2012, 06:28:PM »
I made the mistake of venturing over to the dark side and checking out John Lamberton's "Miscarriage of Justice" site. There was a thread on there that made mention of blood being found in a Citroen car Jeremy owned or used at the time of the murders. Is that true? Can anyone shed further light on this?

I don't remember that as being mentioned at the trial? I think they must be writing a novel over there?

EP looked for forensic evidence that could directly link Jeremy to the crimes and found nothing useful, else it would have been used at his trial.

Reader, I was under that impression too - my understanding was there was nothing forensic linking Jeremy to the crime. I was just curious after i read that thread

if blood was found in his car then surely it would have been used at the trial.

it would be a pretty crap prosecutor that manged to overlook that.

I just took a look at the above mentioned site and was astonished to see it carries adverts,
is this the way to promote their message, if it is, then I will boycott products or services provided
by their advertisers. As for his description of people on this forum as a "legion of rejects from planet
of the apes " and " sycophantic loonies, " if I didn't consider him insane and that is the only way I
can sympathetically consider his actions, I would describe him as evil. If he is the victim of a miscarriage
of justice, surely it is better not to alienate justice campaigners.

From what I can recall of our conversations, there was no evidence found in the car at all to link him with the murders.  It was clean.

I do remember specifically asking about this.

I'm not deliberately trying to twist this, but the prosecution did not persue the possibility that JB used his car for the murders.

It was the infamous bicycle that all accomplished murderers use! and no blood was found on the bike or any bike tracks found - Rivlin seems to have overlooked this aspect as well  ::)

if any blood was found in the car i think it would form a big part of the prosecutions case.
