Farm Diaries
« on: January 29, 2012, 01:42:PM »
Did you know that farmers receive more diaries than most business people, due to the
pushy reps selling fertilizers, chemicals, tractors and machinery. Most farmers have lots of spare
diaries each year, and when there isn't much activity round the farm, rewrite a presentation copy
to go with the accounts !

Very well put together montage, sad they keep bringing children into it. Nothing about
  farm diaries though.

With all the stuff RWB wrote that was derogatory towards Jeremy, was there mention of
Shelia, like, looking moody, back from hospital. If he was so concerned prior to 7th August why
wasn't Jeremy at least visited by someone regarding his alleged threats of bumping his family
off. Perhaps with intervention then this would be a completely different story.

RWB was the first to sow the seeds of doubts to the rest of the family. Anyone that believes that he had a conversation with JB  where JB is supposed to have said Oh no uncle Bobby I could easily kill my parents is living in cuckoo land.
It was that statement that convinced me he was a f****** liar.
RWB seemed to be all over the place. Do you know why?
I do. He knew JB hated his guts, and would have called in the debt that the family were beholden to Ralph.
Never mind the crap that the family were wealthy in there own right, they were not, otherwise Ralph would not have to keep getting them out of the shit.
If the truth be known they probably had a dislike for Ralph, because at one time he was also a cuckoo who married into a wealthy family.
It seems to me that Ralph was a shrewd man, as was the speakmans, but the Boutflours were wanting in this department, hence there squandering of assets that was admitted by DB with the statement "the money is all gone". How do you lose half a million quid?
Pargeter was in the same boat, and IMO he sided with the Boutflours for the same reason. I do not know, but I suggest he had some sort of rake off in this. He was another one who was snooping about. His statements are so full of crap. He makes alterations all the way through his testaments, ie I always left my guns at WHF, and then "it is not correct to say that I always leave my guns at WHF. The fact is he did ALWAYS leave his guns at WHF , and changed his tune when JB was a suspect [thanks to to stitch up]. Did he not say "my rifle was not in it's USUAL place"?
I am not certain that JB did not have a hand in this, but I am equally certain the family had it in for him.
Just my opinion of course.

I do. He knew JB hated his guts, and would have called in the debt that the family were beholden to Ralph. What debt? The Boutflours owed Nevill Nothing.
Never mind the crap that the family were wealthy in there own right, they were not,(Yes they were/are VERY) otherwise Ralph would not have to keep getting them out of the shit. (He never did?)
If the truth be known they probably had a dislike for Ralph, because at one time he was also a cuckoo who married into a wealthy family. (Like Peter Eaton?)

His share, maybe.
So the money was shared out! How was this worked out? Did Pargeter get a cut?
Vidic I notice you do not mention Pargeter! Do you think he was being less than honest? Why was he poking his nose in? Can you give me your opinion of his statement where he states my rifles were ALWAYS kept at WHF, and later changes his story, Do you not agree that changing your story makes you look like you are lying, because that is what is being suggested  of JB,
So one can change his story., and he is a cold blooded killer, but another can do the same, but be a valuable prosecution Witness, who had a memory lapse.
Do you not think you would remember where your firearms were kept? Remember his .22 had been at the farm for almost a year. Can I with respect remind you he said my rifle was not in its USUAL place, so I asked auntie June where it was.
I would also assume his silencer was also there along with his magazines, but of course without the bolt for the rifle ;).

With so many people from this family involved in shooting as sport, is there mention of
an annual farm shoot for pheasants as they generate a good income stream, or perhaps clay
pigeon tournaments. With RWB's son in law being a gun dealer it would be surprising if there
were no diary entries regarding this subject.

Does anyone know if Bamber's defence had access to the RWB diary, only a complete numpty
could ignore such a damning piece of prosecution evidence or was this something else they ducked !

Presumably by the lack of argument from the guilty camp, the RWB diaries are suspect to close
scrutiny and don't stand up as any proof of motive, as surely that is there whole point. If the jury
were made aware of this by the defence, the Crowns argument would weaken the moment this
flaw was introduced, thus bringing doubt on the credibility of other prosecution witnesses. I bet the
silencer discovery was extremely well presented, was this part reached when RWB asked to borrow
Justice Drake's spectacles, to create added emphasise and drama to his revelation. I lay money the
spectacle intervention was specifically designed as a ploy, only a numpty would forget their glasses
while appearing as a prosecution witness at such a high profile trial. No one shares my scepticism
regarding points like this, only banging on about Bamber's greed. Well where I'm sitting, and I try to
steer clear of insulting the family, the actual estate that RWB inherited as a result of Jeremy's
incarceration, was far more than just Bamber estates and involved their grandmother Speakman's
assets. This fact was never mentioned in Court and as a motive on it's own could bring about a
completely different outcome by the Jury.
