I believe the ECHR decision is due to be on the website at 10am Hartley.
It must of course be pointed out that this representation is concerning the whole life tarrif and not as to whether they are guilty or not. The two cases are completely separate. In fact I am wondering why this has been posted at all except to try and devalue Jeremy's defence team?
Result is - whole life tariff is legal.
Yes, the applications have been refused:http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-16591164
Looks as though you can crack open that bottle, Hartley. Make the most of it, as your pleasure will be short lived. Take heart pros, for the first time Jeremy has an excellent prospect of freedom.
What possible reason do you think I would get pleasure from any of this? Such a suggestion is bizarre, your continued personal digs and commentary really is just weird.
