We are now at a important stage in JB case and as most of you know I have been contacting many people involved in the case (almost 40)
I can not post all the letters for reasons I think you can all work out

This one is To Ben Jeapes one of julias sons who I contacted through Facebook.

Hi Ben

I am writing to you to ask for your help.

I am Mark I used to work as a IFA,Tax adviser and now am a qualified airline pilot and flight instructor. I also give my time to helping Jeremy Bamber prove his innocence which is why I am writing to you.

Your Mother Julia Jeapes was a member of a firearms team that was called to White House farm on the morning of 7 August 1985.She spotted a gun it the window of the farmhouse and her report led to the raid on the farmhouse starting.

It appears that a error was made by the raid team by not checking if all the vitems of the shooting inside the farm were actually dead or not.
Shelia who had shot her parents was alive and managed to escape upstairs and shoot herself a second time using the gun your mother spotted in the window.

As your mother was a part of this close knit group it is inconceivable that she is not aware of the mistake and the decision of senior officers not to report the earlier finding of Shelia in the kitchen,which she played no part in.

Julia made a statement back in 1995 which I believe gives Jeremy Bamber a alibi this statement is now held under pii and Essex Police are refusing to release it.

In fact most of the evidence to what happened inside the farm has either been withheld or destroyed or even denied that it exists by Essex Police over the last 25 years,it is also my understanding Julia has been given immunity from prosecution  when she told the truth at one of the reviews of the case.

This immunity does not include her family finding out the facts.

Jeremy's Bambers case is very important as the decisions by Essex police in using pii to cover up what happened inside the farm threaten the very society we live in.
democracy is based on people knowing the truth,knowing the truth is based on freedom of information and pii has been used here to cover up mistakes and lies.

So I ask you simply to ask you mother to tell the truth now and help put this right,so the world we live in can learn from its mistakes and become better one for the future
I find it very poignant that Julia has 2 sons about the same age Jeremy was when he was sentenced 25 years ago,would she allow this to happen to you?

I have also been in contact with other officers who were there too and Essex Police have tried to stop me contacting key people in this case.

Tell your mother I am aware what I am asking and on what level decisions have been made,but none the less it remains a simple decision of doing what is right and what a police officer is supposed to do.

I will upload those logs on to this thread.  Mark, there are other possibilities being discussed regarding both of Sheila's shots having been delivered upstairs.  This would contradict the logs in the sense that in order to have been originally found downstairs / move upstairs, Sheila may not have yet received the first shot when police originally discovered her.

Mark, do you mean 1985?  Is that not the statement on here that Mike alleges was not disclosed to the defence? Or is it a different statement actually from 1995?

Documents (some of which are only faxed versions and possibly edited) relating to police raid.  Some were only released in 2004.

These logs (to me anyway)signify Jeremys innocence totally.
The police have changed the times around in order to discredit the sighting of someone at the bedroom window.
It is common knowledge that Jeremy was with the police when the sighting happened - the sighting that Bewes later dismisses as a "trick of the light"!
This sighting clearly prompted car CA7 to request a firarms team,and yet in these logs,times have been changed around to make it look as though Jeremy arrived at the farm after the firearms team had been called.
Then a rifle was spotted in the window that had not been there previously.
But the farmhouse was quiet allegedly.No signs of life apart from a small barking dog,and yet STILL the firearms team did not storm the house!Why?................

A womans" apparantly dead" body was sighted near the door in the kichen.It couldnt have been the body of Nevill.He was slumped on an upturned chair next to the aga nearer the middle of the kitchen.And it couldnt have  been the doorway to the kitchen that the raid team entered as with a dead body there,surely they would have decided on another point of entry?
Where the female body was allegedly sighted,was found to be a fair amount of blood.
Police found 2 bodies "on entry".One dead male and one dead female.So the alleged sighting ,through the window of a female could not have been the sighting of Nevill mistaken for a female.Because two bodies were found "on entry".Not justone.
And then "a further 3 bodies found upstairs.
And then a report was requested from an officer,regarding "shooting incident in the kitchen".What shooting incident?

Good post Tyler but one little but important error.
Collins only said a female body was what he saw through the window and no mention of dead was included . Some websites incorrectly claim dead...nuff said...they may have good intentions but fall well short when it comes down to accuracy which matters greatly on critical matters in the case.

Accuracy,facts and evidence. Not ifs, but's and maybes. Not at anyone in particular, Just everyone in general...

The notes seem very clear to me and also appear to be emphasised by the brackets as if someone has taken the trouble to clarify it? Were these notes available to the defence in 1986?
