My opinion for what it's worth, is that if this photo exists then it would now be in the public domain.
Just imagine how much money it would be worth!. F*** the pension, that photo would be worth millions.
Television interviews, newspaper interviews, plus a million quid from JB.
Just my opinion you understand.
Millions you say? Right. I'm having the next meeting with z and that's that. ;)

Dishonesty damages your case - whichever way you look at it. The truth has a way of always revealing itself eventually, and a great deal of credibility is lost.

agreed ...a number of posters present and past have been proven to be most dishonest and the case of JB being guilty does not look very good at all as some many of that camp have lied or made false claims far too much.

The case for jb being guilty is actually stronger than the case for him being innocent imo.

Do you believe he committed the murders himself, or hired a hitman?

You might be right, but shouldn't an honest jury with all the evidence decide?

Not in my view. I dont see anything anywhere in all the evidence that points to JB being guilty.
Not a shred of credible , reliable evidence anywhere that points at JB being guilty.
And my opinion is sound and has to be better than that of those who may have a vested interest in the case in some way.

I agree, but we are only GUESSING at what is being witheld under pii rules.

None of us know, what is being witheld, it could be related to the horseplay, it could be anything.

This case has rumbled on for 26yrs, what is the official line from the legal team? what do THEY think is being witheld?  Its their opinion that matters.

Look at this way, if jb's legal teams past and present, thought this was a definate MOJ, wouldnt they be screaming it form the rooftops?

Amongst other things, a large number of the original witness statements made by police officers, the pocket books of police officers and the originals of the logs (which the defence want for forensic examination).

Legal teams do not scream anything from the rooftops Andrea.  That is the job of campaigners.  Jeremy's legal teams have all viewed the case as a miscarriage of justice and have tried to break through the wall of obstruction which has been placed in their way by the prosecution.
