I thought I would bump this thread. It appears that Alan Russell Fraser-Bell is South African? I'm not sure if he is black or white....Has anyone connected this man with James Bell?  :)

Police arrested a foreign,middle-aged gentleman after the murders, questioned him and released him. Again, this information is either under wraps or destroyed.
Sheila also owed £40,000 to dealers for cocaine and amphetamines.
Two torches were found near or under hedges around the vicinity of the farmhouse.

The  death threats that Nevill was receiving was from someone who called themselves " EDEN",,of which there's a place in South Africa of that name,,,besides it being the name of a club in Ibiza.

A James Bell also married (or remarried?) in *Colchester c 18 months prior to the murders

* Where Colchester is mentioned in this and the above records this refers to the Colchester district, not the town.

Keiria, I would double check that is I was you...Look at the death record for 1985 Colchester and you will see the age born is 1911. If this is the case then he was an old man...Have a look, let me know what you think.  :) :) :) :)

I am beginning to think the J. Bell that murdered his wife....a made up story. I can't find anything about it...not on the times online or the Colchester Chronicle.... :-\
