I know some people think AP is quite significant in the case, and I understand its to do with the guns at WHF. Could somone direct me to any posts which go into more detail about his importance to the case?

10th Sept. 1985 Pargeter stated that that in 1980 Jeremy was very interested in his .22 riflle, and fired between 50 & 80 shotswith the Pargeter rifle.
He further states that he was a reasonable shot, and was proficient with a gun.
Now roll forward to 12 December 1985.
After finding the Bamber rifle, and his two shotguns in their normal place [cupboard under the stairs] he saw a quantity of ammunition of a German make.[ the Bamber ammo was Eley, but perhaps the Pargeter ammo was of German make].
He then says that he found it amazing That Jeremy showed any interest in guns, yet in September he said he was very interested.
Now in my opinion he was lying through his back teeth, and I urge you again to read his statements.
He is lying, no doubt about it
One minute he is saying that the normal place for his weapons is the shower room, and the next it is in the den.
Pargeter was also involved with the moderater, and was present when it was found, but who's moderater was it?
He never claimed he took his guns home after the visit of the 26 July 1985, and I doubt he did, as he would have left them in there USUAL place.
He also states that after zeroing in his telescopic sight, he was not happy with it, as it was firing high.
He then goes on to say that he went out, and shot a couple of rabbits,so I assume he aimed at the bollocks to achieve a head shot.
So you go to visit your wealthy aunt, and leg it to find your gun instead of having a few words first?
I would like to point out that I am not biased ;)
