Jeremy seems to stick to the story that Sheila was responsible for the murders and he was stitched up after by the relatives and police.
Does anyone know if he ever queried the man seen after the murders and if he thought there was any significance

It's never officially formed a ground of appeal, but then on the otherhand there isn't much to go on.

Colins book was published in 95, so it's not as if this is new.

Could man who was seen walking away from whf an hour after police first arrived there  have been FRASER-Bell?

If so...

Why was he planning to leave the country on the morning of the shootings?

I think scruffy looking man who was seen to be walking away from whf about an hour after the police first arrived there, was FRASER-Bell, who turned out to be the hitch hiker planning to leave the country in a hurry on the morning of the shootings...

There are some who believe the scruffy looking hunched up man was none other than Freddie Emani (boyfriend of Sheila)

I wondered that today.  Dont forget 'Jeff Blake'.  Whoever he was.

It may have been Fraser' son Jimmy, Nevill's adversary, who threatened vengeance over his porridge. He was aCHAMPION CLAY PIGEON shooter, and millionaire at Cogeshall, near the Marks Hall Estate. Could he havebeen off to do a run of spondulix, when the coast was clear ? He died the following June.

Murdered his wife and then shot himself. Perhaps the cops should have questioned him? Did they question him at the time? It seems that the cops have a very bad habit. When they have a bee in their bonnet that a certain person is a suspect they focus entirely on that person. Most cops are like that still. They tend to follow and back up one another and it is that, that makes most of them very bad detectives. There are a few good ones though who have brilliantly solved some complex crimes. It's a pity they aren't all like that. I phoned up the cops once 999 trying to report a gang who had just ditched a stolen car and the numpty on the other end told me off for phoning 999. He thought I was reporting an out of date tax disc. God help us if they're all like that and I must report that from bitter experience that they most certainly are.

For example the ex teacher in the Joanna yates murder

We are all going to pay for that in compensation

Monumental cock up I have tried to find without success who Tabak used as an alibi and why this was not followed up (he lived next door to Joanna)

Why wasn't everyone in that house asked for DNA samples when DNA was found on Joannas body

Policing has not moved on in 26 years
Forensic Science has but should be used alongside good police work
Joannas parents could have been saved a lot of heartache and Tabak could have been arrested earlier

The police continue to be useless, liars and corrupt
Nothing has changed even though they have the added luxury of DNA evidence
I could have solved that case like most people on here
