I do not like interfering with posts and it is a difficult call sometimes.  To give you a clue here the decision was based upon the people named. Some targets are riskier than others!

The entire Criminal Justice System is guilty of
Complicity in the act of knowingly perverting the due
Course of justice. The integrity of the whole system is
now clouded with more than a shadow of doubt.

Judges of the highest rank and others, have engaged
in the deliberate act of wrongful convictions and false
imprisonments. This criminal act is then aided and abetted by the Criminal Cases Review Commission and all other agencies  involved in the Justice System.

Downing Street, since the time of Tony Blair, Members of Parliament and the Media have all been presented with the evidence but all have chosen to remain silent and allow Judicial criminality to continue. If there is evidence of one deliberate wrongful conviction and imprisonment, it begs the question of how many more is there or has there been? There are many people locked up in prison who are very vulnerable and have not received the level of representation that would prove their innocence. They are denied a voice and are unable to speak on their own behalf.

The Sun Newspaper says it could not give a “monkeys” about due process, if a jury convicts then that’s the end of the matter. They are not interested in justice as long as someone is convicted.

Yes.....a friend of mine, whom I have worked with in the past within the Campaign for Truth & Justice was unlawfully imprisoned.  This is to whom our friend (above) refers.

CG and I, along with another Campaign spent many weeks discussing JB's case amongst many others we were aware of........in order to direct our finding to the wider public.

Unfortunately our plans were scuppered by JB's Campaign Team and our plans disbanded.

However, such meetings gave a more enlightened insight into how our Judicial System works.

His evidence at trial, and I take this from the judgment of the CACD from Elias J, was that he had said that he was chairman of the Campaign for Truth and Justice and he had committed the drug trafficking offences knowing that if he were to be caught he would be able to air his grievance about state and judicial corruption and if he were not caught, on the other hand, then he was generating money to support his campaign.

It appears the only inaccuracy was the length of his sentence.

It's very sad that he lost his son but his loss seems to have lead him to make some rather bizarre decisions.
