I think if Miller is in on the cover up then he is going to find him self shamed, if not prosecuted.  Especially given his smug showing on Crimes That Shook Britain.  He's looks shockingly older on news item vid than he does on Crimes That Shook Britain.  I suppose we'll just have to see how things pan out.  I'd be interested in ngb's opinion on your question and also Mike's opinion of how deep Miller is in this mire?

A serious illness can be a reason for not prosecuting someone, or discontinuing a prosecution.

Well I suppose from Ngbs response he might get away with it but I just can't feel any sympathy if he really has been part of a set up of getting Jeremy a full life term sentence when he was innocent

I bet he has been able to have children and plenty of holidays on the costa del sol


I am still trying to get my head around someone setting up to go to prison but if I see the actual proof then the people involved must face the severest penalties

I think I am right in saying Jeremy is the only person with a full life term who says he is innocent

Maybe in the next few weeks the evidence recently uncovered will prove to me the depths of evil I have never experienced before.  I continue to be shocked on a daily basis what I am reading and keep thinking of those words the judge said to Jeremy on sentencing him

Yes Mertol, he did look smug.  If you listen to Bews in one of his interviews, he also repeats a version of this mantra.  And when Sparkfilms states that Bews intimated to him that there may have been third party involvement, as opposed to JB pulling the trigger, I am absolutely certain that this is a desperate attempt to reach a 'fall back' position, in order to shore up remaining negative public belief in the Bogeyman - Bamber.
