Well that's put paid to him facing any justice over this case.  He's got his own trials to deal with now.  I wish him luck, as I would any person facing that.

Do you have a stance on the case?  I asked the other day.  I put you at 60/40 but I cant remember which way  ???

I think if Miller is in on the cover up then he is going to find him self shamed, if not prosecuted.  Especially given his smug showing on Crimes That Shook Britain.  He's looks shockingly older on news item vid than he does on Crimes That Shook Britain.  I suppose we'll just have to see how things pan out.  I'd be interested in ngb's opinion on your question and also Mike's opinion of how deep Miller is in this mire?

Youre thinking of the Guardian video Grahame, Miller was on the crimes that shook Britain. All tanned and smiley!

A serious illness can be a reason for not prosecuting someone, or discontinuing a prosecution.

Cases like this dont be suprised if  they were paid to look the other way.
