If so...

Operation "VISTA" could be the name of the investigation which resulted in his arrest, prosecution and conviction...

Does Jeremy know him, and what he was convicted of?

I noticed that too!  Her pupils were probably $-shaped...

According to these notes, Jeremy notified the relatives about the terms of his parents wills on 8th August 1985, after Jeremy had been to speak to the solicitors dealing with the last will and testimony of his parents. From this point onward relatives appear to have started to gang up on him, trying to show or prove that Jeremy was the killer, with the obvious implications for all to see and consider?

Also mentioned, in notes of 8th August 1985, is a reference to David Boutflour telling DS Jones about the gun and silencer fitting into the gun cupboard - so, relatives and the police knew about the silencer on and by 8th August 1985, because as you can see from these handwritten notes made by Ann Eaton, she makes mention of this fact. This seems to fit in with the fact that by that stage, DS Jones had already seized four exhibits from the scene, marked, SBJ/4, SBJ/3, SBJ/2 and (the silencer) SBJ/1...

It should also be noted elsehwere the contents of DS Jones pocketbook makes mention of a visit to see Jeremy at his cottage, 9 Head Street, Goldhanger, on 9th August 1985, where the police question Jeremy about the rifle and silencer?

Police so obviously knew about one of the silencers from a much earlier stage than they have admitted to knowing about it (long before the alleged find of it on 10th August 1985, by the relatives, and its supposed handing over to DS Jones, on the evening of 12th August 1985)...

By reference to these hand written notes, dated 10th to 12th August 1985, everyone should note that there is no mention of the silencer being found at whf on 10th or its alleged handing over to DS Jones on 12th August 1985, now why would she not write anything down about the finding of the silencer with paint and blood upon it, on these rather significant dates?

She wrote down everything else, but when it comes to the alleged finding of the silencer on 10th August 1985, in the gun cupboard, by her brother David, and how it was transported to her house in the boot of the car, there is absolutely no mention of it occurring, or having occurred at the material time...

We should ask ourselves - why is this vital information missing completely from these contemporaneously recorded notes?

Why was Ann Eaton writing down notes about the possible use of a 10 or a 24 shot magazine for the rifle, in her notes from the 9th August 1985?  This is odd because for a very long time the relatives thought that only five shots had been fired, so why was she making notes about the possibility of a 24 shot magazine being used?

24 shots from the rifle which was eventually photographed by the police on Sheila's body, and a solitary shot from the .22 air rifle/bolt action rifle, would account for the 25 shots fired - but why would Eaton be thinking a 24 shot magazine could have been used in the shootings?

It becomes clear from reading these notes, that Anthony Pargeter stayed with the Eatons after news of the shootings broke, and that Pargeter took his .22 rifle home with him after he stayed with the relatives, and that the relatives removed his .22 rifle from the scene, along with other weapons and ammunitions which the police had left behind...

I have always maintained, that I saw and have seen a photograph of Sheila on the bed, at a time when she did not have any blood running from the corners of her mouth, this contradicts the police statements which say that Sheila's body was found on the bedroom floor with the barrel of the rifle pointing in the general direction of her chin...

Ann Eaton writes down in these contemporaneously written notes, that Sheila's body as found on the bed with a bible on her chest...
