Shona still waiting in anticipation why you are so convinced Jeremy who loved his family was close to his sister, loved farming  was responsible for the murders

You must have something up your sleeve none of us know to have such unshakable faith that Jeremy was responsible

Please share

Shona I missed something from my previous post. No history of violence, no money worries and just about to come into a nice inheritance from nanna

Nick with respect Shona is on this forum day after day saying Jeremy is guilty without a shadow of doubt and this forum is set up to discuss the case I think I am entitled to ask something that Shona has so far not answered.

I am not interested in 'I think JM was telling the truth, as one of the reasons Shona believes Jeremy is guilty without a shadow of doubt.

I know certain things that are happening in high places that Anne Eaton has no idea about and I know how many high profile people are supporting Jeremy right now.

These people do not support people unless they are convinced the person in question is innocent

I am not interested in posts on here from Anne Eatons fan club (although I think that is probably in single figures) I am interested in getting to the truth and getting everything released under PII

I am confident that is happening right now

I will challenge anyone that believes Jeremy is guilty  beyond doubt and I will challenge anyone that tries to make out Jeremy was violent, hated his family and hated farming.
Nobody has come up with a single shred of evidence that is true

So you come to the conclusion why would people make up such viscous nasty lies without a reason

Once again it's not rocket science

Hi Jackie, I can see that Shona is a third party (with JB' knowledge) supporter - (post 165 above).

Clearly Shona is entitled to her opinion, without having to give hard evidence, as it would appear nobody can provide irrefutable proof (yet) of any scenario in this extremely complex case.

I think the comment "without a shadow of doubt" should possibly be "beyond reasonable doubt"  ;D

Can you comment any further on the "certain things that are happenning in high places" and name the high profile people supporting JB, as this may help the sceptics be less sceptical  ;)

Some would consider this to be 'goading'. Shona is entitled to hold whatever opinion she wants without justifying it to anyone in detail.

And yet you seem reluctant for Jackie to hold her views without goading from you? ::)

Shona is quite strong enough to have a debate with me I am sure

Nick if I knew who you were I could tell you but at the moment it's privileged information that I have shared with some people on here

I suppose its something that I might like to see Jeremy announce all I will say is it's one of the most exciting things to happen in 26 years and he deserves this break

I'm Nick (real name - previously Newbury1).

I'm an individual who is interested in the case. I don't know anyone on this site or related to this case. I have been posting on this site intermittently since it virtually began (I go back to the Kaldin days  ;D). I am on no ones side. I do not label myself anti or pro bamber (as people on here and elsewhere are generally tribally labelled).

I do no expect you to - and I know you won't - compromise your position by revealing information that is private.

I can wait for information to be announced, but these "carrots" have been "dangled" for months.

When do you think any of this information will be released and do these high profile people supporting JB want to remain anonymous?

Jackie, I have as much proof and evidence as you do. I share my opinions. I don't share your blind faith in JB.

The true victims in all this are Daniel and Nicholas, whose lives were stolen before they had a chance to begin them. Remind me, what was JB, with all his privileges, doing with his life before he was arrested? Pearl diving off the coast of Bimini? Studying to be an oncologist? Charity work in the third world? Oh no, that's right, he was driving his Dad's tractor, waiting tables, and committing the odd bit of breaking and entering on the side.

Hartley Shona has said to me on more than one occasion that I am in for a big shock one day when I find out jB is in fact a murderer.

All I want is a logical explanation why Shona is so convinced jb is guilty

I have Ngb with all his legal knowledge and gun knowledge who believes Jeremy is innocent as I do and I have Shona  saying he is definitely guilty without a reasonable explaination.

It's not really something you can draw a line under when we are here to debate

I really don't think that I have ever said that you are in for a "big shock." I don't believe that anything will ever convince you, short of a confession (and maybe not even then) that JB is guilty. So there is no point in trying to debate with you. You give me your logical explanation, Jackie, as to JB's innocence. No bluster, no abuse, no "Jeremy spoke to me in his stern voice" crap. Give me one cold, hard fact that proves your point.

Shona I don't understand your post at all you are mentioning the twins but if there is no evidence he murdered them why bring that up.

Do you agree it could have been one of the relatives or someone paid by the relatives to carry out the murders

Would you agree if the jury had details of mugfords now deal and full details of where the inheritance would go if jb was convicted

I think you have got more blind faith in jb being guilty than me in jb being innocent

I am always willing to look at any evidence that comes to light showing jb is guilty but there hasn't been anything in 26 years

No, I don't believe that the relatives had any involvement in the murders. I DO think that they concocted the silencer evidence to ensure that JB stayed where he belonged (IMO).

Shona I was the one who started this debate and I asked you the question first

When you Show me any proof that makes you cconvinced jb is guilty

Shona you have just done something not very nice about Jeremys character what relevance is it that he worked as a farmer

I think most of us on this forum think he had a charmed life

Jackie, you're just posting for the sake of it. You know where I stand. Now I'm going to watch Coach Trip.
