Hi Chocho, then you might like the mills and boon novel Leopard in the snow. Was a film too
A moody dark romance?

Oh, no! I could never read a romance. I know Wuthering Heights has a romantic element, but it's a very dark love they had, that's more my sort of thing.

Oh, no! Not romance, anything but romance!

What do you prefer, Choch? Here, I'll tell you a good film - Ice Cold In Alex.

brief encounter, does her son get knocked down in the film, i cant remember the actress's name in the film.

Celia Johnson. And sorry, yes one of her sprogs has an accident while she's high-tailing it with Trevor Howard, who fished the grit out of her eye.

Jeez, merts, the original Haunting was one of the scariest films I've ever seen. "I always sleep on my left side, it wears the heart out quicker."

The Hammer films were classics, no £££££££ special effects, good sets good actors, there is a very old short film 8mins long narrated by the late james mason the tell tale heart e a p, nosferatu the vampyre 1979

Oh, I love Ice Cold In Alex and old war films. I love Irish films, sci fie too, but it mustn't have horror in it - I don't do horror...or blood! Too reminiscent you see...

Close encounters is one of my favourite films, I love the music when the spaceship arrives.

I love philosophical stuff. Ooh,ooh and I love musicals - Sister Act, oh yes
