how would bamber know about the open window.

assuming that bamber is guilty and the proscution is correct that he climbed in through the open kitchen window.

how did he know it was going to be open.

I find it hard to believe given the security of the house that there would be poor window security to allow someone to enter and manage not to disturb the dogs at that time of night and that the dogs if loose would not be waiting at the window very shortly.

i find it hard to belive that a man with a panic button and a shotgun under his bed would leave a window open.

but a window was open becouse thats how the police got in.

Its bad enough trying to think how Jeremy would have got to the house that night, if he used the car and drove back i would think its impossible for him to have re parked the car to the same spot to the mm . there would have been double tyre marks

he could have opened the window earler when he was at the house so he could climb through it.

but how would they know somone wouldent close it.
