It should be pointed out for clarity, however that police only accounted for the movement of the right hand, and that the new photographic material which accompanied the application only purported to show the movement of the hand...
The photographs being relied on, did not show the rifles barrel in a different position against Sheila`s neck, like other photographs do...
Police have never yet offered an explanation for the movement of the guns barrel into different positions against Sheila`s neck - so with this in mind, the photographs which prove that the barrel of the rifle was photographed in two completely different positions against Sheila`s neck, should be more powerful than police statements, because none exists which explains the movement of the rifle on the body...
