Bambergate FOI Week
« on: September 06, 2011, 03:38:PM »
just had a Idea to make things open and honest to all We all know the PII is being used to cover up corruption so let see which way the government jumps.

Just posted this off today.

Mr  Montgomery
11 Turner St
Pascoe Vale

Dear Mr Montgomery

As you are aware Mr Bambers appeal has taken a new direction from last week which I feel it is even more important to review your decision to remain silent on what happened on that morning at White House Farm

Mr Bambers team have changed their legal challenge not only to freeing a innocent man from prison but also a challenge to the very freedoms that underpin the workings of society.

The Freedom of Information Act is as you know designed to prevent corruption in our society by using a simple mechanism.

This mechanism is openness by allowing all information and secrets not to be kept secrets then the chances of corruption invading the workings of our society are lessened, this is a ongoing battle.

By placing Mr Bamber case files under PII this undermines the very basis of the FOI act and gives
Essex Police,DPP and the UK government a fundamental decision to make.
The decision is either keep the Bamber files under PII and have to fight the whole UK population with regards openness and honesty on which out lives are based,or to eventually release the files and have to pursue the corrupt people.

I am fairly sure the government will decide in favor of keeping the UK a progressive society  rather than change our government to a secret state,What do you think?

I have to say I am very impresses with Mr Bambers legal team and believe the allegation document will make a point in legal history.

For yourself Mr Montgomery it even more pushes you to decide what direction you must take regarding this case,as Essex Police have not kept their side of the bargain by not keeping the events at WHF a secret.
Its either do nothing time, and find events in the UK catching up with your life in Australia or try and actively making a decision and try to make things work out better for you.

As you know You are not the only person I have been contact with regarding securing a written statement to events in WHF
As I understand Shelia was never shot with the semi automatic rifle but the decision to use it as the suicide weapon was yours,Is this correct?
I also understand that that ACC Simpson approved the actions you took that morning, and the decision to cover up that Shelia survived the first suicide attempt were taken not to cause more anguish to Jeremy?
If I am wrong in any of my understandings of what happened that night please correct the information I have been given.
I do not think anyone will hold the decisions you too that morning against you,but I am in contrast sure they will hold it against you if you choose to keep a  man in prison who you know to be innocent.
As I have promised to you on many occasions, I have begun publishing my communications to you,
A copy of this letter can be seen on the Website  jeremybamberforum.co.uk You can also read the responses of many of the other readers who I know are very interested in hearing you explanations.
You too can register and if you want post a written response to this letter.
If you  against Freedom of Information then you can write, call or Email me direct, you have all my details.

Regards

Mark

Interesting stuff Mark.  I take it one or two of them have deliberated about which course to take.  It's not a decision taken lightly.  How on earth do you begin to way up the pro's and cons of coming clean or staying silent?  But as you have said in the past, you only need one statement.  Just one.

I'm not sure if the drowning man will ever reach the riverbank of his own accord.  But history will not judge kindly those who could have aided him, even if he does drown.
