I hate the crime, I hate the fact that two small boys were staying over at their grandparent's house and were executed, and yes, I believe that JB was responsible. I also believe that JM told the truth, as she knew it. In all honesty, Jack, you're a faceless poster whose moods seem to fluctuate according to whether JB has accepted your phone call, or not. I was out of order when I said that Simon McKay was a failed barrister who didn't make partner (that will save you some time and effort) and I take it back. Instead of trying to find out something bad about Simon McKay incase he might get more PII evidence released and get to the truth do a spot of research into communications between prisoners and friends.

As someone who supports the idea of a retrial, rather than JB specifically, I would say there is as little evidence that JB decimated his family as there is that SC did it. And the phone call actually has evidence that Jeremy didn't lie - that evidence may be wrong due to police incompetencee in recording things accurately, but with what they have recorded at the moment a trial would be given a theory in favour of JB's guilt, and another theory in favour of his innocence, only one of which is backed up by evidence from the time.

I would guess if there was a retrial JB is likely to be found not guilty; unfortunately, I cannot see EP then going back and doing a good further re-investigation. I guess we will never have actual truth, only ourr own opinions of the truth, unless JB (or a third party) did it and confesses.).
