I am prepared to take a lie detector test to prove Sheila was on bed in photo'...

I saw a photograph of Sheila on the bed, when I visited Ewen Smiths office in Birmingham, in 2004...

He knows the photograph exists, I will take a lie detector test, will he?

Somebody arrange a lie detector test for me to take, and I will prove that such a photograph which shows Sheila was found on the bed without a gun on her body exists, and that I saw it when I visited Ewen Smiths office in 2004...

I will take a lie detector test on this matter, if Ewen Smith, (now a CCRC Commissioner) will take one...

The police stage managed the scene, and there can be no doubt at all about that fact, they moved her body onto the bedroom floor and the police put the rifle on her body and then took further pictures...

Does Ewan Smith now deny that this photo exists Mike?

If so, why did he let you see it in the first place?

The fact that the solicitor who represented Jeremy at his last failed appeal, is now a CCRC Commissioner, and the CCRC have provisionally rejected his application, albeit there is a vast amount of evidence which is/has been withheld under pii, (not destroyed) demonstrates that he (Jeremy) may not have been properly represented at the appeal in 2002...

Funny you should mention that.  I've been thinking lately with regards to all those people who would rightly or wrongly denigrate lie detectors, polygraphs or whatever you want to call them.  I think each person should ask them self whether they would take such a test regarding an event or incident in their life about which they either did wrong or lied.

My answer to my self was that I would not.

I have never been in contact with him, since Jeremy disposed of his services, so I don't know if he will deny the existence of such a photograph or not, I would like to think he would tell the truth and save this issue/question of me having to take a lie detector test to prove that such a photograph does exist and that he had  a copy of the said picture when I visited his offices in Birmingham in 2004...

Lets look at it from another angle...

Why after that visit (to see Ewen in Birmingham, in 2004) did I write immediately to Jeremy telling him that I had seen such a photograph with Sheila on the bed with no gun on her body and no blood running from the corners of her mouth, if it wasn't true?

I am, sure that Jeremy will have saved the letter I wrote to him on that occasion confirming what I have been saying about what I saw and witnessed?

Where did Ewan Smith get that photograph?

HE WAS SENT IT BY ESSEX POLICE AMONGST OTHER PICTURES THAT HAD NOT PREVIOUSLY BEEN DISCLOSED, AND HE WAS TOLD NOT TO COPY ANY OF THE IMAGES, and that disclosure was given on a confidential basis...

I think they were from the Senior Investigating Officers album...

I know that when the file got transferred to Giovani de Stafano, that none of these images/pictures was present so Ewen Must have returned them to Essex police before handing the file over to him...

Mike, you must think that people don“t believe you, since you offer to take a lie detector test.

Mike, assuming a 90% accuracy for polygraphs (it's almost certainly a lot worse than that, but the manufacturers tout 90%ish), then there is a 1 in 10 chance that you will be found to be a liar even though you are telling the truth.

What would you do if that was the result?

It's a dangerous game to play IMHO...

Mike I have always believed you about the photo of Sheila on the bed I really can't see any mileage for telling lies about that point

What significance would there be if we got hold of the photo could it change the decision of the ccrc?

If it could Ewen is in a bit of trouble

Good question, Mike. I've never doubted you regarding this.
