If I ban him I might be accussed of bias.

Cheers Nick, thanks for your sympathy. Been a horrible few weeks.
Like I am....regularly. Just do your job as a mod Vic. Whatever decisions you make are your own and I will not interfere.

I wouldn't think him biased, I'd think him to be a gent.

a qustion for fourum members under what circumstances would you consider takeing one of you dead inlaws blood stained knickers home with you.

A good hypothetical question that most of us have not faced the reality of.
As I am not a pervert I cannot think of any good reason other than if I thought foul play had gone on and they may be useful as evidence. But that is me as a law abiding honest citizen.
Other than that one reason I would not take them home.

When persons are known to be dishonest and not law abiding then the purposes of taking home blood soaked underwear may carry a sinister significance and be useful to frame someone or create some misleading evidence with.
If a person was perverted then they may get a thrill from such items.
If a person was a killer they may taken them as a trophy as some killers are known to do.

Nothing wrong with this post ..... people do things for different reasons and some may be innocent and some may not be.

"steve" has used the word "we" as though he was a long established member of the forum ...which does not tie in with only being a member for 9 days.
Things dont seem to add up right with you "steve"  in my opinion. Just a tad too vocal for a newbie.

No. Please copy and paste where Ann Eaton admits to lying in her COLP statement.

go read all of it vidvic...it may take you a while..as its long.
It may help if you knew what you were talking about before making claims which appear to be false.

I'll say the same to you, in fact I'll go one further and show you where she has actually said the complete opposite to your fictitious allegation.

The police did not treat it as a rumour Grahame.
There are documents pre trial in which discussion takes place over what the defence might claim in that the silencer and the knickers were taken to the Eatons home and that blood from the knickers could have been used to contaminate the silencer by the relatives.
Now that discussion would not have taken place unless the police had evidence to support it.

you are digging a big hole for yourself here "steve".
Ann slipped up in making such a big wide claim near the end of the COLP statement. That claim contradicts stuff she even said earlier in her COLP statement. ie; her claim near the end in itself was provably untrue and a lie.

That's not true either, it's in the same statement. Taken in 1991 by the way.

"Steve"   my allegation was not fictitious...I made it... but the fact is that she did admit to making a false claim in a statement.
however as your quick to try branding me as being a deceptive liar making things up be very careful that you have fully checked out everything or you will look very foolish and malicious yourself for making such an attack when the evidence did not warrant it.

look a little harder before claiming things are not true...as stating such things when you dont really know is naughty.
