If the female body viewed through the window cannot be clearly seen to be dead then the presumption should be that they are alive and still a potential threat.
Likewise if a male is viewed as being a female and they cannot be seen well enough to be sure whether they are dead or not then they need to be treated as a potential threat.
In such a case a potential threat has been identified in one location. If this person was strongly considered to be the source of danger then by viewing that threat as being where it is spotted allows a decision on which entrance point to use by grounds of the threat being safely located. In a totally blind situation, such as nobody in view downstairs, then which entrance posed least risk would need to be considered on the basis that the threat could be anywhere.
so you select a lead team who will enter first and a man to break the door down....the main threat is sighted in a nearby room but it is unsure if she is dead or not. what do the other 3 goons do?....nothing...
how about have one uses a mirror to keep the previously seen body in sight to check on whether it responds so suitable warning can be given to those two who will be entering first.
