Nevill calling Chelmsford Police:

West & Bonnet would testify against this.

Prosecution would say only 2 logs exist instead of 4.

Sheila calling 999:

Milbank, Burrel & Jean Rowe would dispute this.

Prosecution would say why would she call 999 if she wanted to commit suicide and the police were outside.

Police logs not matching:

Unrealistic to expect everyones account to be exact matches.

Two silencers:

Relatives and police will confirm the same silencer had blood and paint on.

Burn Marks:

Raid team officers can testify Nevill's head was in a coal scuttle upon entrance. As there WS's say.

Julie being coached by EP before testifying:

Julie would deny this. Was probably challenged on this when testifying in 1986.

It was purely the faked silencer evidence that swung the case from 4 murders and a suicide to 5 murders, there would not even have been a trial if this was known in 1985.

So do not believe any of the current grounds would have influenced the jury in 1986.

You haven't properly addressed the Aga burns, Adam!
You know darned well they have nothing to do with Nevill being found on the chair/scuttle!
If it was proven in 1985/6 that the Aga did indeed burn Nevills back [for three+hrs?] this would have a profound effect on the police scenario sent to the DPP.
In fact it would demolish the police scenario which has Nevill  chased to the kitchen and killed minutes later.
Deep down, you know the Aga evidence is a big problem for those who think JB is guilty, Adam?
BUT!!! JB and his team must forget about the possibility that the police moved Nevill after entry!!

The current CCRC grounds that were not discussed at trial, not sure the defence would have brought them up in 1986. Even if they had today's evidence.

The 999 & Nevill's call are accusing EP of withholding evidence that proves his innocence. Rowe, Milbank, Burrell, West & Bonnet would all testify for the prosecution. There is no documentation to refute them.

Two silencers & minor disturbance of the crime scene would not influence the jury
