Why does the bible incriminate Jeremy?

The CT say the position of the bible incriminates Jeremy. Which I agree with.

They say Ron Cook picked up the bible pre photos. As the head of Crime Scenes would do!

The symmetrical blood also incriminates Jeremy.

Julie said Jeremy put the bible on Sheila to create a religous angle.

Optimistic of the CT to claim that Nevill spoke to both West & Bonnet. Then neither of them have ever said anything.

If both are still alive Heidi may have tried to get something from them. Without success. West is on video saying what happened.

The CCRC just need to speak to West & Bonnet.

The CT need to produce 4 call logs. They are claiming West took 2 calls - Nevill/Jeremy. Then Bonnet took 2 calls - from West.

But good publicity in 2010 & since.

Does JB and those that support him actually believe all this stuff or do they think I'm/he's innocent and we will attempt to 'fight fire with fire' and throw anything at it?  Or are they just anti-establishment type figures?  Or do they suffer learning dissabilities to some degree and simply not understand how high the bar is set for a successful appeal?  I am genuinely at a loss to understand.

I believe JB is innocent but if I couldn't hold this belief based on anything I heard/saw in the C5 docu.

What makes you believe Jeremy is innocent?

Maybe Jeremy submitted 4 phone logs to the CCRC.

Doubtful. If they have recently found 2 other phone logs, they would have put it all over social media.

Did the tel eng feature in the C5 docu?  Was this the guy wearing a dark suit and white shirt?  Total delusion imo.

It seems to me a lot of these people seize on snippets and are oblivious to all the surrouding evidence showing their assertions are simply wrong.  I haven't once heard the name Jean Rowe in any of the talk about a 999 call.

I have posted about it often enough over the years.  It is certainly nothing I heard in the C5 docu.

Do you disagree with the 10 grounds currently at the CCRC?

When I saw PB's pig skin experiment I thought deja vu.  I had actually forgotten the last experiment (save the Aga) was on NB's neck in an attempt to demonstrate the silencer was not attached.

Do photos exist of SC's gsw's showing the gunshot residue not impeded by bloodstains?  I don't think there's clear evidence what type of wounds they were in terms of hard contact, barrel/silencer held firmly against the skin, or loose contact, barrel/silencer held somewhere between contact and up to 3mm away from the skin.  Afaik this was the evidence at trial.

At trial it is all up for grabs.  You only need to demonstrate beyond reasonable doubt.  Pretty low bar.  Different ball game with CoA.  If something can be viewed one of two ways the CoA will side with the original verdict as demonstrated by the 2002 hearing.

I am not sure where it is at?  I know what was submitted in 2021 based on the info on the 'official' site but am I right in thinking 4 have been rejected and others have been added?

Do you agree with any, all or none of the 10 grounds submitted in 2021 and afterwards?

Nope, but we heard a lot from Barbara Wilson! How many more time will she change her story?

There were 10 grounds identified on the 'official' site when the application was submitted to the CCRC in March 2021 none of which, imo, were capable of going anywhere with CCRC/CoA.  I can no longer find the the info.  As I said I am unsure where its at in terms of what has already been rejected and what has subsequently been added but I have not heard or seen anything that imo is capable of going anywhere with the CCRC/CoA.
