I agree Roch.  Much as I am not a fan of the Iranian theocratic system, I really hope they give the USA and Israel a bloody nose.  It is disgraceful that Starmer and the UK government support this criminal activity.

I think the son is better looking than the father.  His dark eyebrows set against his salt and pepper beard  remind me of the late Alistair Darling.  He has full lips and compact ears.  Would be interesting to see what he looks like without his turban

I know your question is directed at ngb but as far as I am concerned I simply do not have enough knowledge about history and/or geopolitics to have any strong views either way.

Well the main problem with Iran is that it is ruled by an extreme Islam regime who have a stock of uranium, Cutie!

I feel very unsafe that Israel has nuclear weapons and undoubtedly is prepared to use them.  The criminal attacks on Iran have nothing to do with nuclear weapons.

Yes I understand and agree with your points but I'm not sure about the US's gung ho approach.  I don't feel comfortable with Pete Hegseth's style of presentation eg referring to Iran/ians as "toast" esepcially in the aftermath of the school being hit and 165 school children killed.  I've just been listening to him during the lunchtime news beating the drum hard whilst simulataneously telling us its a walk in the park.   If its a walk in the park then why not just get on with it?  If he feels the need to beat the drum so hard with Iran what does he left in the bag for other US adversaries where the playing field is arguably level?

Pete if you're reading this I am not impressed by your attempts to convince you are the Incredible Hulk by virtue of your tight jacket.

It is not nil!  The UK is shooting down drones/missiles over allied countries.  This is analagous to a game of footy with one side putting out extra defenders.
