Julie Mugford the main prosecution witness was guilty of numerous crimes, 13 separate cheque frauds, robbery, and drug dealing and also making a deal with a national newspaper before trial that if she could convince a jury her ex boyfriend was guilty of five murders she would receive £25,000

Interesting that Mark McDonald said he hadn't got updates from the CCRC. Jeremy has had updates.

I'm surprised there hasn't been more in the media about the potential water contamination and sewage in the neo-natal unit at CC.  This was in the media last month?

The most surprising thing that I found out while listening to the Letby's cross examination was the amount of time all the nurses spent on their mobile phones!
So much for being short staffed and rushed off their feet!

I don't know much about the case other than the most basic details.  I thought the water contamination was recent or a certain aspect to it recent?

Yes I did read a plumber was the only expert witness.  How can you have a trial involving such complex matter and only call a plumber?!  :o

Good to know if in the emergency ward the nurses are thinking more about why there phone has just pinged.
