That is an alignment of parts of the dermis caused by a vein that filled with blood to help with counteracting the effects of the burn.

Of course it is Prof Bubo bubo  ::)

I think she shot herself on her bed and was moved as part of the cover up. The blood flowed to her right and was then hidden by a large fabric item with a deep red colour. The slight dip in the bed looks like someone has laid down on the top. It has been one of my cameos for years.

Yes, and its dangerous.

You are lost in a world of utter delusion oblivious to all the facts and expert evidence.

Yes, thanks for that, apparently it’s been sorted by Bubo it was  caused by alignment of parts of the dermis. It’s unbelievable what the dead bodies does, it even takes its blood pooling with it when it’s moved?

Anyway, yes I can see it Thanks, I had an injury in the mines in my early twenties, a nasty gash above my left eye from falling roof, it left a  scar visible with me for a few years, now you can hardy see it at all?

I really don't care whether I'm right or wrong re my theory on the marks.  Its irrelevant to JB's conviction and no theory about it will assist JB with CCRC/CoA.  If a reliable expert came along and showed me the errors of my thinking I would drop it.  But as it stands I think the marks were in some way connected to NB's back surgery whether it be surgical hardware or old scars.  It seems the most logical and plausible explanation to my mind.  JB or SC singling NB out for burning does not make any sense and neither the defence or prosecution suggested such at trial.

And as for theories they were caused by NB lying against the Aga its utterly delusional.

Cutie, that’s a fair and balanced and honest post. What and why I reply to The none sense put out there by Bubo, he’s talking like it’s fact, it becomes conclusive, all of a sudden by Professor Bubo,  he pops up with dermis alignment,  veins counteracting burns just to try to force an Aga story that doesn’t even fit the photos without props, blood pooling and proper reasoning.

A reliable expert examined Nevill and said he had 3 distinct burn marks.

Both sides agree with this. Jeremy has changed his mind on how they arose.

Jeremy said Sheila burnt Nevill. With rifle minus silencer. He never said why.

Is now saying Nevill fell onto a cold aga door. Then the raid team or EP moved him pre scene photos. He has not said why.

Most guilters think Nevill was burnt to check for signs of life. With or instead of a pulse check.

The torture theory is defunct. The point of torture is to inflict maximum pain while keeping the person alive. Nevill was dead or knocked out.

The degrading theory is defunct. Nevill had been shot multiple times & brutall beaten. His head put in a coal scuttle and trousers pulled down. Burning his back 3 times would not degrade him further.

Three burn marks is not exactly torture or de grading.

Do you think Neville never made it to bed at all Snow?
Hard to say, HB!
But if the massacre did kick off around 11.00, Nevill certainly couldn't have been in bed for long, if at all!

There was a report of a gun firing around that time by a neighbour. I can't recall much else about the incident.

Yes, the neighbour was Stephen Brian Smith, Steve!
Cal has him hearing a single shot between 9.30-10.05, Lomax has the time at just before 12.00!
