When you say injured, Rob, do you mean from a gunshot or beating to the face?
Would Sheila have bothered placing a cushion under Nevills head unless he was still alive?

Sheila respected Nevil Snow, so yes I think she could have put the cushion their?

She only shot Nevil when he tried to confront her latter upstairs.

So do you imagine his victim had to do an action replay for every 10 degrees of elevated heat?
Ha ha! very good, Jane!
But fortunately his victim was pig skin!

Again, i'm sure Boyce has taken the difference in height into consideration, HB, and it makes no difference if its solid fuel, oil or gas! Boyce is only interested in the temperature.
Sure,    that’s your hope, Snow, not something that’s been shown though.   A three-inch height difference and a different Aga model aren’t trivial, and if temperature is all that mattered, it wasn’t a reconstruction at all he’s just doing a heat demonstration.

A three-inch change directly affects precise contact points. Alter the height and you alter where the body meets the handles ,  which is exactly what the enlarged photo shows that I posted.

And yes, they do differ. The ashpan assembly differs, and that can affect heat behaviour at the lower section.

So you think the blood on the cushions would be from facial injuries inflicted from a beating, Rob?
A beating that may have rendered him unconscious?

How does Boyer know how hot the Aga would have been at WHF in that night?

Boyce said it was the same model I believe, HB, just a different fuel source.

Are you getting desperate HB? looks like he is talking to someone if you ask me?

Thanks for the picture though, matches the tear in the pajamas quite well!
Why on earth should I be worried…… Thanks for confirming my point,  If he’s “talking to someone”, that only reinforces the point: his head and upper body are being actively held in a posture that forces the back into the Aga. That isn’t a natural collapse,   it’s a posed position chosen to maximise contact.

Not a beating at that stage Snow, probably a single swipe with the rifle? but this assumes the police never moved Nevil?

Only two possible scenarios if the Aga can be proved to have caused the marks to Nevil?  Both favour JB is my view anyway.

Wasn't there something about the temperature guage being visible in the crime scene photos, Jonathan?

No he is just taking to someone that's all. He can move his head anywhere he wants wont affect his shoulders.

Saying it’s the same model doesn’t make it so, it has differences in heat for a start,  And the three-inch height difference isn’t negotiable at any cost. Change the height and you change where the body meets the handles,  which is precisely what the enlarged photo demonstrates that I posted.

Look at the positioning.
The stooge’s head is tilted back and looking upwards, holding his head up,  that’s deliberate. It helps force the shoulders and back into the Aga, maximising contact.

That isn’t a collapse or natural slump,   it’s a posed reconstruction designed to make contact happen.  It’s actually gross 😂😂😂🙈

Where are you getting these photos from Hardy?

It absolutely does affect the shoulders. Head position controls the upper-spine  — tilt the head back and the shoulders are forced rearwards. That’s basic and not opinion.  Neville wouldn’t have the option to move his head forward or hold it up of the ground.
