The only plausible reason Bamber burnt Nevill's back was to check for signs of life.

At some point between shots 5- 8 or after shot 8.

Either alongside or instead of a pulse check.

ILB also suggested Bamber burnt Nevill to degrade him.

However Nevill had already been shot, brutally beaten, had his head put into a coal scuttle and had his trousers pulled down.

No point burning him 3 times which is under his PJ's so not visable.
The Aga could be on the Moon, the body can bend as needed, and the findings can be manipulated,   but somehow it’s still evidence to free Bamber?

If the pattern matches Jane I don't care if the Aga is on the Moon, of course some manipulation is required as a body is flexible.

What are your thoughts on he cushion lying beside the Aga?

I'm sure Snow will be delighted to have a like thinker onside.

Well as we know, the Aga evidence has been with the CCRC for quite some time, Jane!
Just what they are compelled to do with it, I do not know?
Whether the CCRC has to get a second opinion or not I dont know?
But the thing is, the Aga burns seem to have been coupled up with the police moving Nevill, so surely the CCRC will have to investigate that allegation too, which would mean interviewing most of the TFG i suppose?
So the CCRC have to decide on two points before coming to any sort of conclusion, whether or not the Aga caused the burns and whether or not the police moved Nevill after entry?
Until the CCRC prove these two points one way or another we cant conclude what happened.
The CCRC won’t interview the TFG members. They don’t run errands,   they assess whether the material already put forward is new evidence, reliable evidence and capable of undermining the conviction.

WHERE is it claimed, and WHO claims that police moved Nevill? Unless it can be proved such occurred, Nevill remains exactly where he was found, head in skuttle. I don't believe it to be within the CCRC's remit to 'prove' anything.

So why do you think Sheila was the killer then 😂😂😂😂😂

Because I think the FSS was corrupt and incompetent.

Bamber and his team will say the CCRC refused to interview the TFG members.

The CT are saying the raid team or police moved Nevill.

Snow is saying Sheila knocked Nevill out for 3 hours. Then beat him so he fell onto the coal scuttle.

The CT have not said how a police officer mistook a 6.4 huge man lying along an aga with face visable as a female.

You should have a poll for the members, Jane!
Did the Aga burn Nevills back, yes, no, or not sure!

At what stage is it being suggested NB's pj's fell down?

Its your baby.  You set a poll up.

I can't believe it has come to this.  Friday night and I find myself on an online forum discussing utter madness  :(

Oh right, you put a good argument for Sheila being innocent that’s all, was it KE taking over in a memory relapse.

So you are saying the CCRC will assume that the police did not move Nevill then, HB?
Well that makes it easier then, all they have to do is decide about the Aga burn evidence on its own, and if they accept it decide what it means!

Do they do anything? they rejected over 50 sub-postmasters applications, you would think they would have seen an alarming pattern suspected something wrong and looked a bit deeper?
