Both sides have to start from the agreed evidence - June and Nevill shot 9 times in bed.

Supporters say Nevill ran downstairs and started phoning Jeremy on the rotary bedroom phone.

Guilters say Bamber chased Nevill.

Nevil was not shot in bed. His blood is not on the bed nor on the bedroom floor.

So Nevill made the call, went back upstairs, got shot 4 times, then went back downstairs again.

That's what the physical evidence supports: blood stains to flooring, casings, distance of shots, trajectories and wound tracks.

This is not credible & cannot be presented at trial or to the CCRC/COA.

It is inventing.

The defence/supporters have to start from the first evidence - June and Nevill shot 9 times in/by there bed.

A soc reconstruction based on the physical evidence is exactly what the CCRC/CoA is looking for.  Not absurd theories about 999 calls and back burning by whatever means.

Only for you.

The defence and prosecution say Nevill and June were shot in/by there bed 9 times.

The defence saying Nevill ran downstairs to start phoning Jeremy. On errrr the bedroom phone?

The prosecution say Bamber followed Nevill downstairs and attacked him.

Could you explain this again, Cambridgecutie, or refer me to a previous post of yours where it is elucidated?

You can't invent a scenario where a fully fit Nevill & June let Sheila escalate. Then they decide to phone Jeremy!

That is not credible.

At least Sheila managing 9 shots into a sleeping June & Nevill is possible.

No.  The data was all captured.

No one needs to invent anything.  The physical evidence does not lie!

It's more that Nevill was never supposed to have made it downstairs - this forced Bamber to improvise - once he'd eventually killed Nevill removing the bedroom telephone to the kitchen to give a reason for Nevill being there.

Two reasons why Nevill was in the kitchen. He went down to attack Bamber who was reloading - or he went down to use the telephone while Bamber was occupied upstairs. Either will do.
But why wouldn't JB just leave the digital phone in the kitchen off the hook instead of hiding it, Jonathan?

Nevill certainly would not keep ringing Bambers AM on that rotary phone.

Surprised he used it at all.

Has it occured to you that NB might have been downstairs phoning JB before any shots were fired hence the receiver off the cradle and no blood on the phone?
Yes, hear hear, Cutie! Once he came round from lying against the Aga!

I have already told you that.

Bamber is the only person who knows. Although he has probably forgotten the reasons.
