It was the scratch marks on the mantle surrounding the aga that woke me up to Jeremy having been shafted.
At 3 minutes 30 sec, there is a close up shot of the right-hand corner of the mantle, but without the blue & white striped jacket hanging over it seen at 2 mins & 44 seconds.

Why remove the blue & white jacket and take another photo?

Is this one reason why strips of negatives were cut up so photographs taken latter could not be detected?

Quite possibly. Could blue & white stripes be significant

I don't know what happened. Maybe an independent inquiry under the auspices of Michael Mansfield KC would be in order. The negatives could have been cut because there was no discernible image in those that were discarded. As for the scratches, they were on the underside of the mantlepiece, so any photographs taken that morning wouldn't have picked them up.

On 14th Aug a paint sample was taken from the Aga surround:

DS Jones COLP (COLP stat's are interesting from all witnesses as the heat is on!)

"This came about because I had examined photographs of the scene to find the fire surround paint was the same colour as that on the sound moderator and I felt a sample should be taken"

He would know  ::)
Patrick O'Connor, Barrister, Doughty Street Chambers: "It will have to be a slam dunk.  It will have to be something of a blockbuster piece of evidence to have a chance".

Of course he knew because it was none other than DS Jones who struck the Aga with the silencer to implicate JB.

Was that when he climbed through the window the day after the massacre?

He was keen.

Nah!  I was being kind to the relatives when I mooted that theory.  Think its more likely it came about on 12th Aug after he collected the silencer from PE, when the pair drank whisky into the small hours and hatched a plan.

And it would not have been the day after the massacre.  It would have been on Friday 9th.  But as I said I was just being kind to the relatives by absolving them.  It must have been after DS Jones collected the silencer from the relatives on 12th August meaning all the relatives perjured themselves.  No wonder DB sounds more and more anxious after every interview and AE refuses to get involved.  DB sounded uncomfortable during the HB interview.

I find a lot of theories are so convoluted and so at odds with known and immovable facts they are difficult to follow!  oh right, Projecting with moving goal posts.

But at least he did talk to Ms. Blake. It suggests he has nothing to conceal. I'm surprised Ann Eaton even passed the time of day with her, and even more surprised the general public is allowed to encroach on what I thought was private property.

Did I detect a Norman Tebbit-type accent on Peter Eaton in parts?

How sad.  A young man, in his 30's, spends all his time dreaming up bizarre theories about a woman using water in a bucket, containing a pair of menstrual stained knickers left soaking, to contaminate a silencer and dredging up decade old posts about nothing  :'(

Have you considered getting a life before its too late?
