So not actually claimed in the 2012 CCRC submission.

Do you agree that Nevill collapsed upon kitchen entrance. June then helped Sheila lift Nevill into multiple positions so she could hit him with the rifle. Then helped Sheila lift him onto the coal scuttle?

That would explain why Sheila & her nightdress was damage free & why Nevill did not use his huge frame to fall onto her. It would also explain how Sheila managed to lift Nevill onto the coal scuttle.

You are turning the forum into a laughing stock Adam, Nevil either fell into the position he was found as he weakened or the police moved him their. I believe because they dislodged him on entry into the kitchen but possibly from the Aga?

Whatever is handed to the CCRC, EP can counter.

They will have documentation refuting the very optimistic claim that Sheila called 999 at 6.09am. Then didn't say anything or hang up.

Well the response, whatever it consists of, is now in the hands of the CCRC, Adam!
Whether we get to see the response, who knows? Depends if its in JBs favour I suppose?
