Yes, that is what Emma Morris said in a christmas message yesterday, HB! all donations will be returned if the 20k target is not met in thirteen days!

there will be some last minute donations to hit the 20k

the cost is £47,500 - they are only asking for 20k - so it seems to have already largely been paid for. Wherever the 27.5k came for maybe the rest can come from the same sources - or perhaps they will only get the "budget" option from the proposed lawyer team.
I wonder what the "budget" option would consist of. Dispense with David Emanuel KC's services and employ Yvonne Hartley.

Seems everything is resting Millbank's 2024 audio.

Which he did at the age of 67 shortly before his death and 40 years after the event. Where he repeatedly says he can't remember & is negated by the WS's or Rowe, Burrell & Millbank himself.

The audio has to overturn the current PSOR on this ground.

At the moment it seems supporters are 100% behind it & guilters 100% against it. So doubtful the CCRC will make such a huge U turn.

Just 2 days to go - £2,200 still needed. The tension is building. Snow get your wallet out!

Just £525 to go now, Jonathan!
Seems you were right, they're obviously going to make the target!

The KC will be dusting off his gown - although maybe not required for the CCRC!

Yes, so I noticed, Jonathan! The same happened with the Luke Mitchell fundraiser, obviously the more cash they can raise the better chance they have of a result!

Well it depends what further 'proof' there is about the Milbank call, Jonathan! Or Jeremys alibi as they call it!
Establishing this 'alibi' seems to be the main point of the fundraiser.
Personally, I would have pursued the Aga evidence, although not to try and prove that the police moved Nevill.
BUT!! Who knows, maybe JBs legal team have strong evidence for a 6.09 call to Milbank from WHF!!

I guess the silk will know best that's why they've got got him

I think the 999 alibi claimwas to draw attention - best keep quiet about the aga would only confuse people

Maybe the aga will yet have it's moment!

Yes, I think the Aga will indeed have its day, Jonathan! But not simply as a tool to prove that the police moved Nevill!
