So I guess we can assume the whole lot has now been refused?

It's a bit weird there's been no mention of this - and we've jumped straight to crowdfunding.

No, there is a Provisional Statement of Reasons in relation to some of the submitted grounds.  Other grounds submitted have not yet been considred.  A response to the PSOR is being prepared by the legal team.

Thanks for that NGB, surprised they’re appealing and not had full rejection yet?

They are presenting arguments to the CCRC in response to what they have so far.  This is likely to be in January 2026.

Oh so it’s not a court appeal?  Sorry I misread it I thought it was an appeal to the Courts when Snow posted this.

Just noticed over on Twitter that Emma Morris and the team have started a fund raiser to challenge the CCRC decision.

It is not a court appeal, that will only be considered if the representations to the CCRC do not result in a referral.

I see now NGB, they can appeal to the CCRC if it’s a preliminary decision but once or if it’s rejected in full they then have to appeal to the Courts.

That is correct HB.

Have another look at the horrific injuries Bamber inflicted on Nevill before donating anything. And think about the other women and children.

Don't get caught up in Bamber's stance of 'trying to win'.

So why the crowdfunding when there might still be a referral to the Court of Appeal?

We need £20,000 to make a legal challenge to the CCRC’s decision not to refer Jeremy Bamber’s case to the Court of Appeal.

Bamber not only brutally killed everyone, he then blamed Sheila.

People have ulterior motives for supporting him. Being swept up in the 'Bamber must win the one man V the world' narrative should not be one of them.

I have a firm belief in Boyce's Aga evidence, Adam!
So unless JB confesses to killing his family I will continue to support him, or at the very least have reasonable doubt.

Why do you think you are the only one who believes Nevill got knocked out for several hours. Burning himself on a cold aga door. Then woke up and phoned Jeremy?

Think about the horrific attack Bamber made on his father & the shots in cold blood at his mother, sister & 2 six year olds. Think about him blaming his sister.

Don't just get swept up in the 'Bamber must win on a technicality' crusade.
