Leaving aside any justification for the Russian action there is abundant evidence of neo-nazi influece and activity in Ukraine. This is particularly so in sections of the armed forces, in particular the Azov battalion. Also commemoration of Nazi collaborators and leaders of Jewish pogroms like Stepan Bandera is increasing. It cannot be ignored.
