The main bedroom. They would have needed a periscope

Never mind a periscope, June would need a phone!

Well, can you please explain how he got himself up, grabbed hold of the arms or back of the chair he was facing, to steady himself? -presumably his weight causing it to tip either backwards or forwards- without falling face forward and the chair ending up on top of him, as opposed to him ending up on the chair, facing in the opposite direction. Take your time. 'We' can wait!
Dont really follow you there, Jane!
Nevill got himself up from the Aga once he regained conciousness, he then phoned JB before venturing upstairs where he was shot in the face by Sheils, then he was shot in the arm and shoulder as he stumbled back to the kitchen.
Once in the kitchen , Nevill was prodded and whacked with the rifle barrel before succumbing to his injuries and tripping/falling onto the chair/scuttle before being shot in the head four times!

Why would they need a periscope, did she crawl along the floor to get to the phone?

On what?  This just sums you up.  Everyone has a bad day, but really...  You, and others like you, do JB a massive disservice.
This from a poster who does not know the difference between Trump's sons and senior members of the US administration and who claims SBJ entered the premises and put some of his blood on a SM. Pot and kettle come to mind. You really are a catty individual who seeks to undermine other posters using rude comments.

Never mind all that.  How did June make a call from the main bedroom?

It would not be possible to see deeply into the upstairs bedroom from ground level. You would only be able to see someone if they were close to the window because of the angle.

I assume she used her hands and a telephone.

Oh right! The poor man has a concussion which has laid him out for three hours, but he gets up from the floor, without stumbling, as if rising from sleep, goes straight to the phone to call JB, giving no clue to that he was injured, then trots upstairs, only to be shot by Sheila. However, still suffering with concussion, he still manages to stay on his feet to get downstairs -one might reasonably have expected him to tumble- only to eventually reach the kitchen and stumble face forward into a chair which is facing him, having walked through the stairs door which was probably behind him.

Well obviously I disagree, Cutie. I think the Aga evidence is indeed new and if given to the CCRC with the correct scenario should have gained JB a refferal.
But if the CT have paired the Aga evidence up with the integrity of the scene, ie, the police moving Nevills body, all that they have achieved is the 'baby being thrown out with the dish water'! Madness!!
The Aga evidence is plain and simple, it is there for all to see and doesn't rely on any conspiracy theory.
All the CT had to do was prove the Aga theory and an innocence JB scenario would follow, it would mean the burns happened much earlier and also meant the killer was in the Whitehouse for a considerable amount of time, probably several hours according to the Boyce experiments, surely this would rule out JB?
Yes, plain and simple, Cutie, far easier to prove than trying to discredit the backspatter evidence if you ask me, girl!
But!!!! By the sound of things, JB and the CT may have blown it for the time being, re-Aga burns!

The Pathologist who examined the marks with his own eyes stated this in 2014

"I’ve thought about this a lot, with the benefit of another twenty-eight years’ experience. If you put something hot against fairly thick clothing, you’re more likely to burn the skin than the clothing because of the properties of the skin. If you pushed a rifle against someone’s back, that would fit in very nicely with the gun having already been fired and the muzzle still being hot when touching the back.’ He discounts the poker: ‘No, I think it’s the gun pressed against his skin."

Its a shame this came out after 2011. NGB could the above have effected the CCRC submission? It refutes the CCRCs counter arguments considering its the same witness but with "another twenty-eight years’ experience.".

Trouble is Snow, wasn't he found the opposite way round, as if he'd come in through the back door and tipped the chair towards the Aga, which is how he was found when the police entered, and how they saw him through the window, long hair falling over the scuttle causing police to mistake him for a female?

He was only stating the obvious. He only gave a blanket time of death. You were wrong in intimating that individual timings were given in your wording. All of your scenario is based on a staged SOC. For example casings are easily moved even as a paperwork exercise. None of the others proves that bodies were not moved and you are still relying on June being passive during the tragedy. She just stays in bed waiting to be shot

No, he simply checked for a pulse and confirmed they were dead. There was no attempt made to establish a time.

This is an extract from Bernard Knights 5/9/86 witness statement on the time of death issue.

“In general, I have little criticism of the way in which Dr. Vanezis
conducted his post mortems, especially bearing in mind that he
had five cases to deal with in a short space of time. Perhaps the
major criticism would be his lack of any attempt to estimate the
time of death. I fully realise that this is a very inaccurate exercise,
but temperatures of bodies at the scene should have been taken
for completeness sake in case some very unusual result was
obtained. I realise that he was not called to the scene (or did not
arrive) until much later than is the usual practice of most Home
Office pathologists, but this is due to the different conditions which
pertain in and around London. Also his description of the actual
external appearance of the bullet wounds are perhaps not as full as
one would like, in terms of description of exact size, extent and
appearance of powder marks, burns, abrasion colour etc., but
again he was undoubtedly working under pressure. In general the
examinations were quite adequate.”

I dont really see your problem, Jane!
What was stopping Nevill turning and facing any direction once he entered the kitchen?
Everyone accepts that he entered from the stair door as opposed to the back door!
