Its rather sad in a way NGB,  it would have helped to send it  to the COA, it might in some ways have either put a stop to further appeals or show that there was a case to answer?   My own personal view, I think the silencer evidence is the biggest test to overcome?

Given what was being claimed, I suspect it would have been better for the defence if he remained alive.  I do not recall any health issues being mentioned at the time of his interview. But I accept he was not young.

Providing they're rewarded with something more substantial to keep their ear-, nose-, lip- and belly button-rings in, than the useless perspex tat they won in the past.  You would approve of this quality item, I'm sure -

Looks like properganda from the CT.

Nothing to lose in saying 4 grounds have been rejected. After over 4 years most people would have guessed.

They can then complain about the rejections with the usual.

The Campaign Team have told me some time ago that they intend to publish everything, but I very much doubt they will.

I think the CCRC Statement of Reasons will be to embarrassing for Bamber to want to publish it.

Is this an end to the submission, ngb, or will the CCRC continue to consider the other issues that haven't been looked at yet? eg, the Aga evidence!

Seems the 4 issues rejected so far are -

The 6.09am 999 call.

Nevill's call to the police.

Two silencers.

Disturbance at the crime scene.

----------

Sheila calling 999 & not saying anything is a non starter. Ditto Nevill calling Chelmsford Police.

Two silencers I do not understand

Disturbance at the crime scene was dismissed in 2002.

That will be the one that gets a referral.

If it's been dismissed, it rather suggests they didn't think it worthy of consideration, don't you think?
