Who would you find more credible:  DS Jones v Dr Craig?

39. Dr Craig also saw the appellant outside the farmhouse. He said he appeared to be in a state of shock. At one stage he broke down and cried and he also appeared to vomit.
”Whilst talking to Dr Craig, what was Bamber doing” “ I saw him walking across the fields and APPEARED to be sick. Putting his Body forward as if he was trying to be sick” “ How far was you from him, about ONE Hundred yards roughly”

Workers find it Easy to fool a Dr, just go in say your back hurts or your suffering depression and you get a Sick note for a month. Next minute they are on a plane abroad.

When you’re sick and grieving the last thing you want to do is eat not long after, it can last for days.

You are quoting from DS Jones' trial testimony.  Dr Craig's version of events is entirely different.

In which case:

- 7th Aug - AE took with her to Bourtree cottage tea and biscuits
- 7th Aug - DB and JM went to the Chequers Inn to buy lunches for everyone at Bourtree Cottage including themselves
- 7th/8th Aug - PB took with her to Bourtree Cottage ham

Patrick O'Connor, Barrister, Doughty Street Chambers: "It will have to be a slam dunk.  It will have to be something of a blockbuster piece of evidence to have a chance".
