I hadn't even got as far as thinking about tapes as there's simply no evidence he had an AM pre murders.  If he did AE would have considered such when she was working out how long it would take JB to reach the phone and then questioned either why AM wasn't switched on or how JB got to it before it kicked in.

The prosecution at trial would put it to the jury in terms of a) the AM was switched off or b) he was able to wake and get downstairs to answer phone before it kicked in.  JB would have been cross examined on it.  If he had an AM pre murders it would be highly relevant to his claim of a phone call from NB when he claimed he was sleeping "like a log" until he was woken up at circa 3.30am.

Bamber himself says he had an AM.

No point the prosecution asking him how he got to the phone in time. He will just say he always switched it off when he got home. Which they can't disprove.

They may have mentioned his AM in the narrative that he phoned GH from WHF.

Agree him having an AM is very incriminating. So you will always fight it.

How's the internal screws in Nevill's back & scolding hot rifle going?

I would like to know more about what the prosecution said about Bamber phoning GH from WHF.i

I have done on here previous, the mods took it down.

You also from memory commented on the thread.

That is their choice,no detriment to me.

You know full well JB had an AM cutie. Stop being awkward for the sake of it.

Whether there was an AM or not there couldn't have been anything to report on that score otherwise we'd have known well before now. I would discount it myself.

Bamber has ears.

Bamber said he answered the phone. Eventually.

He was sleeping 'like a log' upstairs.

It was dad.

Nevill said 'please come over'.

He went over to his Yellow Pages instead.

It's a turn of phrase Adam.

" played a blinder "

The guy fell asleep quick, he had worked a 14 hour day.

I wonder how many times prior to 1985 he had phoned 999 in all seriousness.

He had no criminal record, had never been nicked for a single thing.

I am a heavy sleeper. Once I hit the pillow I am gone.

If someone rings my house in the middle of the night I will wake at some point It has happened on many occasions.

Back in the day shared a number similar to a local taxi firm. It disturbed many a sleep.

My background required me to look at data analytically, objectively, critically, logically, independently and that's what I am doing here.

I do not find Emma Morris, JB or the CT reliable sources of info.  With the exception of ngb1066 I am not impressed by anyone, past and present, who claims to support JB.  In fact I think they do more harm than good.  Others who have had successful appeals eg Andy Malikson did not have CT's, Tik Tok vids, books and films produced, etc, etc.

I no longer look at any SM case related material as I find it of such poor quality it adds zero value to understanding the case.

I am not denying he had an AM post murders.  His lifestyle changed overnight.  He was here, there any everywhere and fielding a lot of calls.

I get your background cutie, why would people on Bambers behalf say he had an AM if he denied ownership of one?

It's obvious he had one.

Show me the evidence he had an AM pre murders.

His own admission.

The AM is not incriminating.
