The moving of items was covered in the 2002 COA hearing. The raid team said they moved two overturned stools a few inches. There WS's are on here.

If it was protocol to take videos of the crime scene, it would have been brought up at trial. Or after.

I wish Peter Tatchell didn't have all the baggage of the 1970s and 80s: his book review dealing with paedophilia, his writing on the Sambia tribe and obituary of Ian Dunn. As a lawyer he must have known that his pronouncements were unwise and open to misinterpretation:  https://x.com/Glinner/status/1683380645265911808

At the beginning of the interview he came across as impartial, but had overegged the pudding by the end in being selective in his anecdotes. I would prefer him to stick to the legal process, which as a former solicitor is his forte.

But he at least the same as me took an on the fence position whilst feeling unsafe with the conviction.

Very doubtful, most of the witnesses are dead.
