The whole problem stemmed in this instance on Feb 27th, using the bicep pulley. My own fault but didn't have an inkling that hassle was happening until the following morning when struggling to get out of bed.

He wasn't particularly young late 40's/early 50's. He had the most amazing physique. We got chatting and it transpired he never used weights. He was a semi-prof runner and said it was all from running. After this encounter I went light on weights and focus on my running.
