He wouldn't stand on a sink tidy.

I agree. Going by Jean Bottell's WS & the crime scene photos, he emptied it & then moved it.

A picture of the sink and window will put the matter to bed.

Reply 15 has that.

Bamber exited out of the kitchen window as that could be banged shut from outside.

He moved a few items beforehand. As supported by Jean Bouttell.

Not sure what the issue is.

He wouldn't need to move the sink tidy and could exit the window without moving anything as the tidy was adjacent to the exit point. It's simply a case of hoisting himself up over the sink and going out of the window.

Interesting theory, but it's failed.

I agree with the prosecution. That he moved items to make it easier to climb onto the sink and window sill.

They used Betty Bouttell as a trial witness.

The theory was successful.

Please provide the WS of a police officer who said he moved 4 items in order to open a window.

Second request.

Provide one from an officer who claimed to have unlocked and opened the bathroom window and after that, one who said he closed it but left the latch open?

Not sure what Zoso is saying.

But appreciate she disagrees with some of the prosecution narrative - window, journey, silencer, burn marks.

I agree with the prosecution on these issues.

Regarding the journey, I did look at adjoining fields when on a train  visiting relatives outside London.

Some fields were easy to get to. Others looked much harder. With hedges, trees, fences, dips and mini streams seperating fields. Often a combination of these.

So not much chance of Bamber being able to walk from GH to WHF in a straight line.

Wilkinson also said it was not possible.

Zig zagging across the difficult terrain of fields would be too tiring and time consuming.

If walking across fields he would also have to avoid properties.

Back to the kitchen, I have yet to see a washing machine at WHF.
