Reply 35 shows where the sink tidy should be - to the right of the taps. With plates, cutlery, cups inside.

It also shows where Bamber put it after emptying it - on it's side to the left of the taps. 

This was to give him ease of exit out of the kitchen window.

For me the interesting thing here is the forensic evidence.  Movement of 4 items around the sink and kitchen window -

Plastic Sink Tidy.

Washing up bottle.

Sponge.

A ball of string.

The crime scene photos of the sink and window items do not correlate with Jean Boutells description, hence she was looking at items that were moved after August 7th.

They could have been moved at any point, doesn't mean they were moved prior to the arrival of the police.

Anybody could easily manoeuvre themselves out of the window with out a plastic sink tidy causing them an issue.

They are not fixtures and fittings!  More than likely whoever opened the window moved them BEFORE soc images were taken.  In any event SC was a guest and may have cleaned and tidied up.  And before you say she was too exhausted the police who broke into her flat commented on how clean and tidy it was.

How is Bamber supposed to get on the area next to the taps if the sink tidy & plates are covering that area?

He needed to get there to exit the window.
