The first statement included none important matters such as cannabis,taking us out for meals etc one would think it would include the 10pm phonecall.

We are never going to back down on our views so might as well put the matter aside in so far as to not waste each other's time.

At trial if SB had been called the defence would have had a field day. Smart move by the prosecution.

That is a significant event, not an oversight, she must have remembered that without prompting if it were true.
