RB does say that Jeremy's back garden backs on to a path.

RB does also say that after leaving bourtree cottage he walked the track to Vaulty manor. That would take 37 minutes and in the opposite direction.

He must not have had his car with him.

Have said before I would get to the Sea Wall entrance via his back garden & adjoining field.

This avoids all properties on Head Street & Fish Street.

Would then turn off the Sea Wall on the farm track before the prosecutions. Avoiding Wyke Farm.

Amount of properties passed - Zero.

The prosecution & CAL have Bamber cycling different routes.

Julie testified he planned to cycle the Sea Wall.

It was Bamber's choice in 1985.

Just re watched Mike's video. No traffic lights. Goes at virtually the same pace all the way through.

The farm track adjoining the Sea Wall before the prosecutions farm track is around 450 metres before.

He would have to take a right off this track. Across two fields. Leading to Pages Lane and simultaneously avoiding Wyke Farm.

The farm track looks fine to cycle.

If the two fields could not be cycled across,  he has the option of walking across them.

Cycling up the farm track which goes straight to Pages Lane and past Wyke Farm is the prosecutions route. Also very possible Bamber cycled this.

It looks like Wyke Farm has two properties.  Opposite each other. Both are a long way off Pages Lane.

The bigger side has several trees in it's way.

To cycle past these two properties at a good pace will take around 3 seconds.

Even I would take that risk at 2am for the huge rewards.

There is a third set of buildings. These look more like farm sheds.
