Exactly.
I agree, but it's been put forward as a submision to the CCRC and some on here think it's a game changer for Bamber,  it's not just about the Burn marks now,  it's the moving of Neville Bamber's body by the Police force as Bubo Bubo say's?

Neither do I I don't get why they are routinely brought up. Neither points to Jeremy or Shelias guilt.
It's been put forward as a submission,  that's why they are brought up,  Bamber's team are trying to say that the burn marks was caused by the AGA and the Police moved Neville,  so to others on here it is an interesting debate.

I agree Neither points to Jeremy or Sheila's Guilt on their own,  but if the Campaign team have evidence of Police corruption in Moving Neville i would say he will get his referal or Acquittal,  i don't think they have any evidence but Bubo Bubo seems confident?

I am unsure because I do not have evidence as to the detail of the submission. Do they have other scientists who have peer reviewed PB's work and do they agree. If this is the case it will carry more weight. Further it is clear from the wording from the CT that they have a number of issues which also suggest crime scene manipulation and whilst we can only hazard a guess as to what these maybe if there are multiple examples that too would strengthen the crime scene manipulation argument.

Issue 3 – The integrity of the scene – Detailed grounds including fresh evidence regarding the police interference with the scene and the exhibits.

Bubo Bubo peddle's the theory that the TFG shot June and moved Neville to access  the fire/AGA to burn material?  I don't know what the CT and Boyce say they moved Neville for we can only guess at this stage?

Sorry i missed your post, are you still saying the TFG moved Neville from the AGA to the chair so that Material could be burned after they shot June?  I know it's not the CT or Boyce's theory, it would be interesting to see why they say Neville was moved by the Police?

The preservation of any crime scene is crucial in any court conviction and this rule was in play in 1985. EP would know this. So if they did manipulate the crime scene they would need a very good reason for such a move. The only reason I can think of for moving NB was to gain access to the AGA firebox. It would not be to make a cuppa.

Then there is the matter of the fire debris and some of the other items found by DB.

Boyce say's there is a possibility that Neville Bambers Body was Physically moved after the Police entered?  He doesn't say how,  but he points the finger at the Police i would say?

Maybe they wore a plastic mackintosh and/or an overcoat to prevent blood transference.

Or fancy dress? Crime scene officers in Midsumer Murders wear white coveralls.

Trust you to lower the tone of discussion. PPE was not used at that time I believe. It was before DNA testing which gave rise to SOCO uniforms.

Or WET SUITS?

That was a suggestion from RB in relation to JB as the perpetrator. It was found at Goldhanger and not used as evidence. Have you ridden a bike in a wetsuit?
