It was bought on 30 November 1984 (source CAL Chapter 13).

I was asking for Adams source in reference to the rifle being used to shoot vermin Steve. I'm aware of the 1984 purchase

A young Bamber pictured with a rifle.

I guarantee Nevill took this photo. I guarantee there's a picture of Shelia out their in a similar place somewhere

Bestowed upon by his father to hold a gun. I guarantee the same would have happened with Shelia. But not as much as Jeremy as he was male.

Strongly believe both children would be taught how to use weapons on adolescence by their father. Liking it it is another matter however

I'm perfectly certain Nevill wouldn't have forced Sheila to do anything she didn't want to do.

Source please. In bold terms stating what you have just stated

In reference to the rifle being used to shoot vermin. Accept the rifle was bought at the back end of 1984 by Nevill

Bamber's police interviews.

Bamber going out to shoot rabbits.

What else would it be used for?

13. The rifle was a .22 Anshutz automatic rifle. Together with a Parker Hale sound moderator (silencer) and telescopic sights, it had been bought by Nevill Bamber on 30 November 1984. 500 rounds of ammunition had also been purchased. There was evidence that the gun was used to shoot rabbits and would only ever be used with the sound moderator and the telescopic sights attached. A screwdriver was required to remove the telescopic sights but there was evidence that this was not normally done because of the time it took to realign them

Hardy, the source I was looking at from Adam was that it was a rifle solely to kill game and wildlife.

The correct answer was that the gun could kill people, it claimed five lifes after all.

This is not you claiming this. It was Adam in fairness.

How do you know ?

Bamber has been in jail from 1985. He wouldn't have it.

Adam means that that is why it was purchased - to shoot vermin.

I had just read it when i seen your post, i was reading about Sheila's medical and hospital treatment in the COA, i thought it would clear up that it was in fact bought to kill Vermin and this was the source you wanted?  If not, no problems.

So at what point -from Nov 30th to August 8th?- was Sheila well enough to focus on learning how to use the new weapon? Too ill to join the family for Christmas, and descending further further into mental illness until she was taken into hospital in February where she stayed for three weeks. She spent time with her biological mother in London, after which she appears to have been overdosed on medication causing her to be unco-ordinated, stiff and lethargic. It appears she couldn't even wash, let alone take shooting lessons!

The original point is when would Sheila see anyone use the rifle if -

She didn't live at WHF.

It was for shooting vermin.

It was less than a year old.

She had no interest in rifles.

----------

The answer is never.
