Bews questioning Bamber outside WHF.  Let the fairy stories beginneth.
He also told officers that he had left the rifle in the Kitchen and Loaded, when asked on interview he said "I might have said that but it's difficult to remember as i was in a bit of a state"

So, if you're born on a farm you have an innate ability to be able to use ANY gun, even though you haven't had any interaction with then - bar firing a shot gun once? As far as the bolt is concerned, you have to KNOW WHAT IT IS and what it's used for otherwise it's just a thingy!
Born on a Farm, is their any knowledge of Sheila driving the Tractor and Trailer, or Combine harvester, come to think of it did she drive at all.  Didn't Colin say she hated guns and Jeremy said he never saw he use the rifle

I have spoken to several people who are members of shooing clubs they said just seeing a .22 being used would be enough.

I don' remember saying any gun I thought we were referring to the .22 used a WHF don't get like Adam, a gun which I have heard people say can be used by a child.

How many times would Sheila have seen Bamber, Nevil or AP push a magazine into a rifle? there were guns all over the place Nevil obviously trusted JB with his life to be so careless!

" target shooting " probably means as adolescents they probably messed around in the WHF grounds doing Mock target games. They were brother and sister. It's probably what Bamber is referring to. Bamber played such a game with AP prior to the massacre.

When asked if he remembered her firing a gun as an adult " can't remember could indicate lying but it could also be truthful.

I don't know why people make such a big thing of this. The rifle isn't hard to fathom.

Bamber himself wasn't a gun enthusiast.

So where is the evidence that Sheila had ever seen it used? It was a new weapon. Sheila had been too ill to visit the family at Christmas. She could have been absent for 8/9 months.

I'm guessing Nevill felt safe in having "guns all over the place" because he knew Sheila wasn't interested and didn't know how to shoot?

June told her friend Agnes Low that Sheila couldn't drive.

Are you saying all the guns were recently acquired Jane? or just this particular .22?

A phrase you once used "the law of probability's" or something close.

That is a good point.

They will not use a rifle for shooting vermin when on shooting parties. It was a new weapon at WHF anyway.

He isn't asked if he remembered her firing as an Adult, he's asked "have you ever seen her shoot" to which he replies "Can't remember" he also says this time he hadn't been with her shooting targets?

The murder weapon was newly acquired -how new that is, I can't say. JB had his heart set on an automatic/semi automatic? -something about using it to go shooting?- and went to see Peter Eaton, a gun expert, regarding the purchase of such. Peter told him that it was a totally inappropriate weapon -too powerful- for such a purpose. In the end, Nevill had the final say. JB went with him to Ratcliffes, the local gun seller, and had to settle for the .22. Why he wanted the more powerful weapon has never been explained.

Ostensibly because he fancied himself as the gentleman farmer or Country Squire, which in his case would be barking orders at others whilst doing very little work himself.

Throughout her childhood and adolescence, the same with Bamber. Their father was a gun enthusiast from 1950.
