Before being able to fire the rifle, you have to chamber the first shot or it won't fire - I think this is what Adam is referring to. Of course, sheila would know this, because with her particular form of psychosis, she became Lara Croft, even before Lara Croft was a thing.

Left the rifle, magazine and bullets out. Although stayed inside WHF for several more minutes.

Adam says "Insert Breach and Chamber" which sounds far more complex than just pulling the bolt back?

Sheila lived on a farm most of her life I don't think pulling the bolt back would be beyond her?
