Blood in silencer, was not from backspatter - otherwise, there would have been human tisrue, and fragments of bone, intermingled with the blood...

The enzyme AK1 found in the blood on the silencer was said to come from Sheila and was one of the main reasons used by the prosecution against Jeremy.
What the defence didn't do was check this out,if they had they would have found the enzyme AK1 is also found in Rabbits,Pigs,Cows and chickens.

  • What is in those 200 boxes?
Funny how all the evidence was destroyed in the nineties. You have to wonder why.
Was the EP afraid of the new and increasingly improving forensic technology of DNA? Wouldn´t you think it would have been in everyone´s interest to perform DNA tests on the exhibits?

Due to DNA testing, a LOT of people have been cleared of rapes, murders and what have you!
I don´t know how many exactly, but in the USA quite a few prisoners have been released from death row! Wow, think about it!!

What reason did the EP give for destroying ALL phisical evidence in the Bamber case?
Or didn´t they need to give a reason - they can just destroy evidence whenever they please?

As Mike has shown in documents before it was also Robert Boutfour's blood group with the same AK1 enzyme.
