Mike gets to the Brook House Farm track at 4.06.

He drives past it rather than down it. Which would have added 2 minutes to his journey.

Going by Mike's video and Bamber being a fast driver, the estimated times of driving Julie from Goldhanger to the TD bus station are -

Goldhanger to TD bus station:

5 minutes.

WHF - Goldhanger. Then Goldhanger to TD bus station:

10 minutes.

----------

The 5 minutes is if not working. The 10 minutes is if working at WHF.

Both very comfortable for Jeremy. Whether he was working at WHF or already with Julie.

The Osea Leisure park is closer to 9, Head Street than WHF.

If he was working there, the driving time to pick up Julie & take her to the TD bus station would be 7-8 minutes.

A taxi from Goldhanger to TD bus garage would be very cheap.

Not credible he would ask his girlfriend who had travelled to see him, to cycle with a suitcase for nearly 3 miles. When it would take him 5-10 minutes to drive her, or she could get a taxi.

'The bike was brought to the house for Julie Mugford to use, so that she could cycle from Goldhanger to Toleshunt D'arcy, leaving the bike at the Red Lion Pub'.

----------

This is now even less credible.

Considering Mike drove from Goldhanger into the heart of TD in 5 minutes.

Maximum time Bamber would spend away from WHF picking up & dropping off Julie would be 20 minutes. So could be done in his lunch or break time. In the unlikely event he was working when Julie was leaving.

Otherwise Julie would get a taxi or June or Nevill could give her a lift.

I don't think you are in a position to say that seeing as though you didn't know either Bamber or Julie at that time and that you are purely just surmising.

One thing Mike's video confirms is that the land is level.

This corresponds with Wilkinson's WS, the videos/images of the area & Sea Wall and Google maps 3D.

ILB said Bamber would have to cycle up 'steep inclines' although did not provide a source.

He's not going to make Julie cycle nearly 3 miles with a suitcase.

He could drive her to TD bus station in 5 - 10 minutes. Whether he's at WHF, Goldhanger or Osea Leisure Park.

He's convicted of five counts of murder for gain

Making a girlfriend use a cycle is very small in comparison !

It is important as he has to give a reason why he brought a bike over 2 days before the massacre.

For Julie to cycle 3 miles holding a suitcase is not that reason.

He could drive her in 5-10 minutes. Or a taxi would take 5 minutes & cost less than £5.00p.

Do you agree the Sea Wall & Brook House farm routes are level terrain?

Where does Julie say the bike was not for her use Adam?

Where does JB say the bike was for Julie to go home loaded up with cases and bags etc.?

If she was on her own while JB was a work I would have thought it would be quite handy for her to get out and about?

She does say he planned to cycle and testified this was via the Sea Wall.

Do you believe Bamber would have risked cycling via Brook House Farm?

This would only take 12 minutes and was on perfect terrain.

He would pass multiple properties in Goldhanger. However it would be late & he would be silent. There is no street lighting.

Walking either of these routes would take too long and be too tiring. Walking across fields was not possible.

She never claimed or mentioned that Jeremys version of events of him getting the  bike for her was bollocks.

Thanks ILB I thought I must have missed her saying this.

Time for Adam to put this to bed!

Don't understand that.

Her WS says he planned to cycle & do a trial run.

Her court testimony said he cycled The Sea Wall.

I meant she never disputed Bambers claim of getting the bike for her to get about

She said he planned to cycle to WHF. Both in her WS & at trial.

Not sure what else she can say.
